Kayon Swaby is a BSc. Degree student at the University of Technology Jamaica, she is also the owner and operator of Xoxo Xpressions.

A Passion for progress is a mantra of this determined entrepreneur and “BUILDING AN ENTREPRENEUR” is one of her passions.

This concept was emerged from the desire to help her fellow new and aspiring entrepreneurs to fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams.

She recognised that Jamaica has become a country with a significant amount of individiuals starting their own businesses instead of  doing the standard nine to five with very little pay to offset expenses.  She also noticed that Jamaicans have tapped into the entrepreneurship world with most persons having very little knowledge of how to actually start and sustain a successful business. Because information from experienced entrepreneurs hasn't been forthcomming, new entrepreneurs have difficulty getting their business from the 'idea' stage and because of this fact, BUILDING AN ENTREPRENEUR was born.
